Co-founded by renowned chef Gaurav Anand and creative operations leader Abla Atoubi, RTH seamlessly blends culinary excellence with strategic execution. Its latest venture, Dilli Dilli, is already making waves—quickly emerging as one of Manhattan’s most talked-about dining destinations.

We worked with Round Table Hospitality for our multi day wedding celebration in New Jersey in May 2025, and Chef Vipul and his team were exceptional.

What stood out most was how Chef Vipul curated menus that matched the theme and energy of each event. Mehendi was a Mediterranean Indian fusion that felt fresh, cohesive, and beautifully balanced. Sangeet leaned French inspired and elevated, with elegant flavors and presentation that made it feel truly special. For the wedding, he delivered classic Punjabi done right, and for the reception the menu was global, refined, and guest friendly.

Across the entire weekend, the food was consistently delicious and polished, and our guests could not stop talking about it. The service team was professional, punctual, and seamless, which made the events feel effortless for us.
